Mr. Alberich came to Burns & Levinson in May 2003, from LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP. He concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation and constitutional actions involving First Amendment (Freedom of expression) Fifth Amendment (governmental takings) and Fourteenth Amendment (equal protection and due process) issues. Mr. Alberich has successfully represented both foreign and domestic corporations in complex international arbitrations and related litigation. He also engages in extensive litigation and regulatory work on behalf of the alcoholic beverage industry, representing primarily brewers and wholesalers of malt beverage products. Mr. Alberich also concentrates in legislative counseling, representing trade associations, and the trucking industry before legislative committees and regulatory agencies.
